hello
I can't give you med advice but I can tell you that I have had 3 mc and each one was extremely painful. I passed a lot of blood also I would think if you have no pain and no blood that everything is fine. Being a first time Mom is a scary so don't be afraid to call the nurse at the dr and ask question so you can put your mind at ease. I hope that helps a little
