my 9 yr old is throwing up

3-4 months ago my 9 yr old was suffering from migraines everyday-very serious ones he would get auras we took him to a doc and he confirmed it but no vomiting would occur. about 6 weeks ago he ran to his friends house to visit and told me he threw up on the way but he said he felt fine. then 3 weeks ago on his way home from school he said he felt fine but he threw up on his way. then he called me yesterday at work to say that he had thrown up at school that day and also the day before that too. he said he was able to calmly ask to the teacher to go to the bathroom and said he threw up once but then he felt fine after that. same with the day before. he called me at lunch today to tell me on his way to school he threw up but he felt fine!!! so i called a health linc # and told them what happened and they said it sounds like abdominal migraines. she said this happens alot. the doc we took him too last night said same thing. he hasnt had any headaches though for 2 months now other than the average common one once n a while-he said he didnt have a headache when he threw up. Also this does not seem to happen whilst he is at home. I thought it maybe stress but his teacher said he is doing great and has had no probelms he also doesnt feel the needed to be a high acheiver and theres no bullying or lack of friends either. when ia sked if something was bugging him mentally he said nope! We have a very stable loving home for him-moneys good-no issues there. so im stressed out and i dont know what to do!! he has an appt with a pediatrician on tuesday but does anyone have any advice for me at all??
