WANTING TO STAY HOME BUT HUSBAND WILL NOT ALLOW

I have a 5 month old boy and I used the FMLA
(Family Medical Leave Act) to take off 3 months to stay home with my son and then my employer gave me another month off so i just started back to work on jan 5th but i miss my son so much and cry all the time. i know he is being taken care of becuase he is with his aunt, but i feel i should be the one home with him.. please help... how can i get my husband to discuss it? or should i just quit my job with out discussing it with him then deal with it??
