It is important that you keep an open relationship with your daughters father. Give him an opportunity to be part of her life. I have the same situation with my son who is 3 and his step-father. Actually, we are both part of his life. It is your daughters benifet that she has two daddys, to teach, love, respect and learn. She will be a better person as long as she knows both daddys love her. I believe there is nothing wrong with her calling him daddy.
