SUBJECT: 4 month old with random schedule
I have a 4 month old son that is exclusively breastfed with an eratic schedule. He usually can go 3-4 hours between feedings and he will nap but it is random. Nighttime is the problem for me because he goes down for the night at 7:30pm and then usually wakes at 1:00am and 4:00am to feed. He goes back to sleep with no problem but I can't! Also, my doctor said we could begin solids- when do you give them? Every feed, nighttime? I am a planner and would love to have the baby on a more predictable schedule. Thanks for any help!!
