SUBJECT: My 11 month old wont stay asleep at night - HELP!!
Hi, My almost 1 year old daughter goes to bed around 7 - 7:30pm. Has little problems settling herself to sleep but will wake up screeming between 30 mins and 1 hour later. Sometimes I am able to settle her back to sleep, sometimes not. Once she is settled again that is her for the night.
CIO did work for a while but now she cries so hard she vomits. I cannot figure out why she still does this. It has been a problem more or less from the beginning and just as she is getting older the 'waking' and getting back to sleep is getting more difficult. Is she overtired or over stimulated?

Any suggestions would help
