I have five kids and I definitely know what you're going through! My boys, I have four, were THE worst! I've realized, though, that it's not out of boredom, but they just want to explore everything. They can finally walk now and move around and anything they get a hold of they will, and bash it down and wreck it... because they can! Yelling at him is the worst thing to do in this particular situation. Don't yell. You can punish or calmly tell him that it's wrong. Take things away from him until he EARNS it back. For instance, every time he has a tantrum, take away one of his favorite toys. If he throws something at someone else, have THEM tell your son that it hurt and that he needs to apologize. He needs to know that EVERYONE thinks that his behavior is wrong, not just you. I think you know that kids don't just do things because their mom tells them to. It has to be a group effort. Best of luck. Please let me know if things improve.
