Rlax and try not to stress, that just makes it harder to concive. Don't listen to all the "it could take over a year after going off the pill, depo or norplant". I was on the pill for 10 years and went off when I got re-married. We knew we wanted more children (I had one) and thought it could take awhile. I became pregnant on our honeymoon before I even had a period after going off the pill. Most doctors do suggest taking 400-500 mg of folic acid if you are trying to concive. Folic acid is very important the first 3 months of pregnancy and prevents many birth defects. It is not expensive and you can buy it at any drugstore or WalMart. I have never heard of taking Geritol! Good luck to you.
