SUBJECT: Do both sets of grandparents that live in same town required to be together for holidays or b-day
Please help: If maternal grandparents have never gotten along with son in laws parents should they be required to have b-days or holidays together, same time with grandchild. His parents are stuck up snobbs and act high and mighty do to there social status. Son in law and daughter knew we did not like them when they married never said two words to each other during wedding or reception why now that they have a child. Daughter was in the hospital for a week after surgery her husband acted like if he had his way we wouldn't of been there at all.
I had a great relationship with my daughter till grandson was born, now they live right down the street from his parents and in order for me to see my daughter i have to deal with his parents, where is the line drawn?
