SUBJECT: What is a correct sleep pattern for a six month old??
My daughter is now six months old and I'm very confused on her sleeping patterns. I am just transitioning her from bed to crib and she is doing very well with that. I do, although, have an issue with her sleeping patterns. As of now it is that she wakes up at 11 am, takes a two hour nap at 12 pm, takes another nap at 5 pm and wants to take another at 9 pm to go to bed at 12 or 1 am!!! WHAT DO I DO??? Should I wake her up earlier to make the naps earlier? I am trying to knock out that 9 pm nap, that way she will go to bed earlier, and what did she do last night? She woke up at 3 am for play time, would not go to sleep, she wanted to crawl and play all over the place, she was awake for 2 HOURS!!! PLEASE someone give me some suggestions!
