I think your baby will be ok because u were on the ending days of your period, and you cant get pregnant untill you ovulate which is 2 weeks after your period usually unless you have a long period and a short cycle. Before knowing i was pregnant, i had pulled a muscle in my neck and had to take pain meds and muscle relaxer but that was before i had ovulated and the doctor told me not to worry about it because it was actually before i was pregnant. even though doctors say well your 6 weeks pregnant or whatever they count from your last period so your actually only 4 weeks pregnant. they count you droping eggs and all that as part of the pregnancy. if you are still in doubt ask your doctor. hope this helps
