SUBJECT: Sleep issues for a 3 month old
I followed the babywise method and my son has been sleeping throught the night since 8 weeks. The problem I am having is short naps. He wakes 45 minutes into every nap. Sometimes he is still extremely tired and the only way to get him back to sleep is by patting him and putting the pacifer in his mouth, this could take up to 30 minutes. Once he is back to sleep he will sleep for up to an additional 2.5 hours. I have tried to let him cry through these, but it only makes it worse. Is there anything I can do? This has been going on for about a month now. It is definately becoming a habit. He dosen't do this for the nighttime sleep, only naps.
