MIGRAINES -- HELP!!!

I am new to this board, and I am sure this question/subject has come up before. I am 17 weeks pregnant, and suffer from terrible migraines. I was taking Lortab for about a month, and just recently my doctor switched me to Fioricet. The Fioricet does not help at all. He said he would rather me not be on narcotics. The only problem with that is, they are the only thing that seem to help. I am concerned that I could be harming the baby by taking Lortab.

Has anyone else experienced terrible migraines? What was you method to take care of them? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
