SUBJECT: 6 month old naptime advice needed
My son sleeps through the night no problem.
And he takes 2 naps a day. My problem is that the naps come with so much crying. He has a complete meltdown everytime and then I end up holding him until he gets sleepy enough to lay down.
Is this a phase he has come into? Should I not hold him like that? He gets so worked up that there is no way he will fall asleep. And then when he finally does fall asleep, he never sleeps long enough. Wakes up tired. Any advice is appreciated!
