Corrina, My son who is now almost three has severe breath-holding. He has had a seizure that lasted for at least 20 minutes. We called 911 and not too many doctors are well versed in breath holding with seizures. I just wanted to tell you that my son has had two EEGs and a CAT scan showing no type of seizure disorder. He has also seen three neurologists. Check out a DR by the name of Dr. Francis J. DiMario Jr on the web. He has followed breath holders for nine years and has done exstensive research. Try
http://pediatrics.aappublications.org and do a search on breath holding. I hope this gives you some info from one scared mother to another.
