I don't know about the prometrium but have you ever been tested for polycystic ovarian syndrome? I have it and would go months w/o a period. I would get maybe like 3 a year. But I am trying to get pregnant and no success yet. My obgyn said more than likely I will have to get on fertility drugs. So You should actually see if you can get tested for pcos to see what you options are there b/c the prometrium may be just for you to come on but if you have pcos you will probably get put on as different med.
