Hi!

Sorry to hear of your loss. I have a negative blood type and my husband is positive too. Our 1st pregnancy ended in miscarriage. Since then we have been blessed with two beautiful children. My 1st is a positive blood type and I had the rhogam shot at 28 weeks and after delivery. My 2nd is negitive blood type and I got the shot at 28 weeks but it was not necessary for the shot after delivery because baby was neg blood type like me.

Yes your body can respond in a negative way if you don't have the shot at 28 weeks and after delivery if the baby is a positive blood type.
