Abnormal AFP & echogenic bowel

I need some advice or guidance. I am a nervous wreck. A week ago my AFP came back abnormal (1 in 10 chance for Down's Syndrome). I had blood drawn for the triple screen test when I was 15 weeks pregnant. At 16 weeks, I had an amino. During the amino a sonogram is done and it picked up an echnogenic bowel. Everything else was normal on the sonogram. Now, I'm even more terrified. Please, I need to hear from other people who have had the same experiences. If there is a medical person with knowledge to weigh in on my results, I'd truly appreciate it. I'm not going to be able to sleep well or function properly until I hear the results of the amino. I am 35 and my husband is 32. This is our first child.
