I am not sure about the brownish discharge, it may have been blood that was in the uterus for a prolonged time. In "precum" there is all kinds of things; lubricant, gluctose, fructose, etc., and sperm, but the sperm is always there. In every teaspoon of ejaculate there are approxamately 1 million sperm. However, the vagina is a very acidic environment, and the sperm have trouble surviving, so our vagina actually kills some when they swim up stream! Goood news! If you know when you started your last period add 14 days on to that number and you will find out when you were ovulating. If you were ovulating on that day you had sex your chances are pretty good for pregnant, thats when you are most fertile. Like if my last period was dec8, my ovulation day would be dec22. Your brownish discharge, I have had that before, and it was wierd but that one time thats how my period was too. If you want to do a test you can test 3 days before your expected period, using fact plus, but test with the pee that you have in the morning(it has the highest HCG levels, its a hormone that you produce when pregnant). However, some females produce low levels of HCG so I would try the test when you miss your expected period, if it is negitive rejoice! bUT IF YOUR PERIOD IS STILL not there after 1 week after your period test again, and if still- call your doctor. I have my fingers crossed for you. I have a B.A. in Biology and graduated at the top of my class. Let me know if I can help more.
