SUBJECT: Does CIO really work?
I'm a first time mom. It's been already 2 weeks since I started sleep training my 10-week-old daughter by CIO. The first week, things were going better. My girl's crying reduced from 5 hours to 5 minutes. Then, the second week which was last week after vaccinate, things got worse. she started cry hard again for half an hour to an hour. she even woke up 20 min after falling asleep and cried again for another 30 minutes. I'm not sure it's from the vaccinate or unsuccessful CIO. Does CIO really work? If it does, how long does it take to succeed? Listening to my girl's crying is really getting me here. Please, let me know how you guys' CIO went. I'm so desperate. Thank you in advance.
