SUBJECT: How do I stay positive?
Hi there.

I am 22 years old eleven weeks pregnant with my first child. To begin with, my husband and I were in shock for at least a week. We are both now excited about the idea (even though it doesn't seem quite real!). However, I don't seem to be allowing myself to be happy about this, because I keep thinking of all the possible things that could go wrong. I'm finding it really hard to stay positive (I am a worry wart at the best of times). Has anyone got any suggestions? I don't want to be paranoid about this anymore! Thank you.
