I am going through the same thing. My Daughter is 11 and 1/2 months olds. She used to LOVE broccoli, green beans, carrots, banana, apple, etc. Now the only veggie she will eat is lima beans (not too bad) But I worry, she only eats little bits at a time. I have read, and my doctor has said that toddlers go through a phase with refusing foods. The best thing to do is to make eating fun, no matter how messy. Put the food on the high chair tray and let the baby go to town. While my daughter does this I sneak in a few bites of veggies, etc. I put mashed potatos, squash and anything soft and mushy on the tray while spoon feeding anything else I can get in her. I made her a grilled cheese sandwich with spinach in it.... the cheese covered the veggies...worked like a charm!! lol Anyway not to ramble but, just be creative, let her have fun with the food and maybe try vitamins in her milk.
