SUBJECT: Pain in Right Ovary, but no bleeding
This past July, I had an m/c at when I was about 7 weeks along. I'm 5 weeks right now and had an HCG test which reported good levels. The night after my test, I woke up in the middle of the night and had a pain in my right ovary, almost like what you have after ovulation. When I touched it, it felt very swollen. When I had my m/c, it started with a very sharp pain in my right ovary, followed by moderate bleeding about three hours later which became heavier and ultimately led to my m/c. My pain wasn't nearly as intense as last time, and I had no bleeding.

I reported the pain to my doctor and she said the pain could have been caused by a cyst. Has anyone else experienced this type of pain? If so, did your doctor indicate thatit could be caused by a cyst? Is this a sign of problems to come or should I not worry about it unless other symptoms arise?
