And as your son sleeping in bed with you, try putting him in him own bed and giving him something to sleep with that has your sent on it, like a shirt that is clean that you wore that day, or something like that. That might help him sleep in his own bed. Or you could lay in bed with him, with you on the outside of the bed, until he falls asleep.
