I went off the pill in september and by December still no AF. I went to the dr. and she put me on Provera. It causes you to shed your uterine lining by mimicking your body's natural hormones that it is not producing, in the hopes that your body will take over from there and become normal again the next month. I am almost due for AF this month. SHe gave me 2 months dosage, but I am going to see if I get AF on my own first. If not, I will take the provera again. Good luck
