Most planes come with adaptor plugs(ask the airline) at each seat for laptop users. If you can find(in your area) a bottle warmer with an adaptor compatible with theirs, try that.

Or, you can boil water just before you leave home, fill an insulated thermos(steel ones work best), and about 10-15 mins. before feeding, put the bottle inside the thermos & warm to take the chill away. I have done this & it works, but first make sure the bottle will fit into thermos.

Or, take a container with you that the airline attendants can fill with hot water and warm your bottle that way.
