I couold not dis agree with you more. The boy is 8 and he should be told that it is ok for him to do these tpye of actions, but it is not right for him at that age to be ingaging in those actives with other boys in a public seting or at his house. You could confuse a child by saying that is ok for other children or poeple to touch him in his privite places be it he likes it or not.
