SUBJECT: Back Aches, Hip Aches, and Every Other Ache
I am currently 28 weeks along with a little girl and I have been experiencing really bad back aches and hip aches. Is there anything I can do to relieve these aches, other than sleeping on my side with a pillow underneath me and a pillow between my legs?? Please help!! I no longer get more than 2 hours of sleep.
