I've helped alot of people before you came along and will continue to do so afterward. Also, I really resent the comment you made about all the pregnant teens on here. I feel much better at the end of each day thinking these girls can come to this board rather than have no where to go! So what if they are young and pregnant, they are still expecting mothers. Do you have something against women who are older and having kids being on here? If I were you, I would hope that one day if your daughter ever finds herself inthis situation, that she has better support to come to than someone like you. Obviously you don't seem very open minded so it doesn't look ilke she could come to you. Did you ever consider these girls may not have a female influence in their lives? Maybe they never had "the talk" with their parents. Do you know how many girls as young as9 or 10 have emailed me asking if they can get pregnant without having sex or if they can get pregnant without ever having their period yet? I never did in the past, but now I can honestly say I find myself to be somewhat of a better person than you. I cannot believe you would be so selfish that you have to complain about teens being on here. Who are they supposed to go to? Did you ever think that while their questions seem petty and stupid to you as an experienced mother that they are terrified?! I'm proud of myself and the other women on here that reply to these girls and try to help. As for you, if you knew enough to know that a majority of these girls write me saying they want to know how to have an abortion themselves or how to make themselves miscarry, and how to hide their babies after they are born.... you never had any of these problems obviously. These girls feel these options are their only way out. So in return, I am still here nad I will be for a long time. Get used to it. And these girls.. they deserve better than that. They're just kids! As I said before, I hope for better for your daughter one day! | |  | |
