As your dr said, you could just be having a small baby or maybe your due date isnt exact. the earlier your first u/s is, the better estimate of date.. once the baby starts growing so much it is hard to tell because all babies are all different sizes. regardless, try to be calm. maybe you will go a week or two late... that is why doctors give the 2 week period between the lmp date and conception date somtimes.. they can never be exactly sure when your due date it.. they estimate from your lmp, but only a small percentage of women actually deliver on their due date
