Some girls do not get their periods at 13 or 14 like others. Believe me it is not as unusual as it sounds. Don't worry your time will come. What I feel I must ask is if your parents are aware you want to get married? Because you can't get married if you are not 18 unless you have parental permission or in few states if you are pregnant and have a doctors order they actually let you. But you are not 18 or pregnant, so do your parents know? Are they letting their 16 year old daughter get married? No you cannot get pregnant without ever having your period. Having your period means you are fertile. You have a specific time each month you will ovulate(release an egg) and be able to conceive a baby. I'm sorry but you are also very young. Why on Earth are you rushing to get married and have a baby at 16?
