The same thing happened to my daughter around the same age. Unfortunately, I did not make a big thing of it and found myself regretting it. It turned out that her teacher was not letting her out when she needed to go which was at the same time every day. To make a long story short, I had a meeting with the teacher after finding out that she had a urinary infection and could not hold it. I think you should speak with the teacher and let her know that test or not, your child should be allowed to use the restroom before they cause a problem with him.
