I am sorry to hear about your loss, I know it cannot be easy but good news for you...YES!! neg blood type moms and pos. dad's can have sucess!! I have had 3 VERY healthy girls(hoping for the 4TH anytime now) and they are all positive blood types. Of course at 28 weeks and after birth I had to have the rhogam shot (make sure you inquire with your dr about this so they don't forget). Blood types should not have anything to do with your miscarriage. Good luck on trying again..crossing my fingers for you!!
