Thank you both for the replies. I think that is the hardest part - having this picture in my head that; you get pregnant, take care of yourself, eat well, get a belly and a few months later you have a perfect little baby...I always thought it would be such a happy time. Obviously (as seen in your stories as well) sometimes it just doesn't work out that way for whatever reason...I wish my doctor had prepared me a bit for at least the possibility of something going wrong. I just had no clue. And now with the second I just feel almost numb about it. So sorry to hear of your losses - but happy to hear you both went on to have healthy babies. It definitely gives me hope! thank you.
