SUBJECT: 9 wk old - when to start regular nap times
My daughter is 9 weeks old and sleeping at night for a 6-7 hour stretch. She eats and then sleeps for another 3-4 hrs. I'm happy with her nighttime schedule, but wondering about daytime naps. During the day, I let her sleep for short cat naps whenever she wants. These naps last anywhere from 15 minutes to two hours at a time. When should I start encouraging a regular napping schedule during the day?
