 | Hi.I hope im just a worried,paranoid mommie and there is nothing to my fears,maybe someone could shed some insight. My dd is now 14 mo old,I am married,but he isnt her biological father,he knows this,but says he loves her and wants to raise her on his own.Our marriage isnt a good one,in fact,he stays only for her,he says. My dd is very friendly and outgoing,and will let anyone her pick her up,(my older dd,and her bf,gramma....) but whenever he tries to pick her up,she crys,sometimes all she has to do is think he is going to and she starts crying.Is it normal for a baby her age to start fussing and trying to pull away,clamp her legs together,whenever im changing her diaper and try to wipe her "girl parts"? shes ok with her bottom,but as soon as I try,and I am very gentle,she freaks out.Last night he made the statement he was going to take a bath with her,he never has shown any interest in bathing her,I still do it in the sink,but he wanted to take a bath with her,I told him shes too tired and needed to go to bed,but that really bothered me.Also,alot of the time whenever he has to go to the bathroom,he'll carry her in there with him,I think thats strange too.As I said,maybe im just paranoid,but she sure doesnt want anything to do with him,and he tries to play with her when im in the room with him,I know it doesnt mean anything,but his brother was a child molester....is this heredity?Thank-you,any insight is appreciated! |
