When I child doesn't sleep the parent doesn't and you will try almost anything. Somethings I used. If they aren't wet, hurting, or hungry they are probably just spoiled. If I could tell myself she is dry, not sick or hungry then I it made it easier to let her cry. Five minutes of crying at times feels like five hours. My Pediatrician said after 3-5 days of letting her cry she will get the idea and stop. I also used a dolly and familiar blanket. I would say the Dolly needs to sleep in the Crib and tell her we bought that crib for you need to lay down with the dolly. Bottom line they if they have always had us next to us they will continue to want us next to them..they are smart..but for their sake later on and our sleep now we have to let them cry. Breena
