Hi! I am going through the same thing with my son who is 24 months. Most of the time he is very good. But when we go shopping it seems to be when he is very tired and/or hungry. Try going out when your baby has had enough sleep as well as a good meal. As for the tantrums even though it is embarrasing you have to let the child know that what they are doing is not tolerated and do not worry about who is around. As for discipline I put Mason in time out and it seems to work. Just talk to your child the same that you would an older one and let them know why they are in time out. I am sorry that I could not offer any more advice but remember that they are at the terrible two stage right now and they are going to throw tantrums. Good Luck!
