SUBJECT: Gonna tell Dad
My 8 year old son uses that phrase whenever he doesn't like something - like being disiplined, or not enough attention. And his dad usually responds with strong suggestions or threats on how my husband and myself should change our lives for his son. I'm concerned that my son isn't learning to handle his own problems by running to his dad and not speaking up / or accepting his punishments. Has anyone gone through this and is there any advice, especially on how to quiet my ex-husband?
