SUBJECT: Overweight Pregnancy
I am 35 and weigh 235. My husband and I would like to start trying for a baby in January and I am terrified. I've been swimming for a year, so I know physically that I am in better shape than ever, but I'm just overwhelmed by the health issues that I may create for the child if not for myself.
I just read through some of your feedback and it's been most helpful. Knowing that I'm not alone and can reach out to others in the same situation.
Any feedback or advice you can give the new kid to the website would be most appreciated. I'm scared and I don't have family to turn to.
Thanks.
