SUBJECT: what are you feeding your baby?
My son will be 9 months old Dec.30th this is my 4th child but its been 5 years since we have had a little one so I can't for the life of me remember how much we were feeding our others at this age, how much, how often etc.
I've been giving him his formula first in the a.m. then some baby cereal mixed with fruit then he usually has a bottle late a.m. around noon I offer him a vegetable like gerber peas etc. and again some cereal. He takes another afternoon bottle of formula and later in the evening I offer him cereal with some fruit and again before bed a bottle. I don't know when to offer him the older baby foods, I worry he may choke etc. when is a good time to offer those.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. thanks
