Your daughter is his whipping post. He needs to get over the fact the your daughter is not his and leave her alone. He's jealous and insecure, atleast that's how it sounds to me. They will all be moved out soon enough so maybe he can deal with it a little longer and just keep his mouth shut. If he loves you enough, he can do it.
