You know how little boys are at that age. They go through a stage where they are in love with there mommy. He's very protective of you and your boyfriend is gonna have to use a lot of charm to get through your little man's shell. Your boyfriend deverts the attention that your son is used to getting. He's just gonna have to learn that momma has a life also and deserves to be happy. Your son will come around, it'll take time and patience and lots of laughs. Fun usually wins a kids affection in no time. I'm sure he'll have a little attitude at first, just overlook it and make sure your boyfriend uses all of his sense of humor. That's what got me when I was a little boy, I hated him at first and when he and my mother split up, I missed him.
