Hi, I'm so glad I was able to get your message. The Dr.Spock website has not been updating in about a month or so. Normally, you will find tons of replies and new threads on a daily basis.

I'm very sorry that you've had to go thru the pain and loss of a miscarriage. Its not easy! Lets see, what are your periods normally like? Heavy or short and light? It all depends on what a normal period is for you. How long after the D&C did you bleed for before it fully came to an end? Maybe you could answer some of these questions for me and I could help you out a little better!

Was this your 1st pregnancy or do you have children? I have 2 beautiful daughters, 9 & 6...I treasure them!!! Having my girls helped me to move on and begin to have "normal" days again as I was VERY depressed. The pain lessens over time, but in no way does it totally go away....I miss my baby everyday.

I've had 2 regular periods since my m/c. We didn't get preggo last cycle, but I'm ovulating now so we have all our fingers and toes crossed!!!! How far along were you when you m/carried?
