SUBJECT: Off anti-depressants cold turkey - help
I am very tired, sick to my tummy, and depressed. I am two months pregnant with a three year old. I had to go off my anti-depressants cold turkey when I found out I was pregnant. And if anyone is familiar with anti-depressants, you know that when you go off them cold turkey you can most likely spiral down to a very deep depression. I asked my OB if there was anything I could take and he said no. Does anyone know what I can do? HELP.
