pregnent or problem

hello everyone i'm new to this board my husband and i just resantly had a loss. i was 5 months pregnent with my first my husbands 4th pregnency and i had to terminate. I had to terminate the pregnency on the 18th of october because the baby had a sever medicale problem witch is called dandy-walker malformation wich he would of never made it to full term. well we have been trying to conceve every since then it has been 8 weeks since and on the 11th of this month i had a spot of blood the size of a quarter on a panty liner and that was only one time and it was only for a few seconds and then i have not had anything since then could it be a posabiliy that i could be pregnent or could it be a proble can some one please help.
