SUBJECT: 4 month old with a temper
Hi,

I just joined and this is my first post. I've been reading for a couple weeks, but was having problems joining. Anyway, glad to finally be a member.

My question is, my little girl sometimes gets really mad if I don't figure out what she wants quick enough. She will scream, turn red in the face, stiffen up and clench her fists. When I do what she wants, (feed her, rock her in just the right way or whatever it is) she stops crying immediately. She's not like this everytime she needs something, but probably once a day.

I only work 20 hours a week and I'm with her all other times. I'm very attentive to her and she's usually pretty happy and full of smiles. Could I be spoiling her by going to her as soon as she starts crying and is this an indication of future temper tantrums?

Any advice would be great. Thanks!
