my son is turning 4 months. i noticed a few patches of dry scaly skin that is slightly red. i wonder if this would be the same thing. it seems to be spreading because it started on one leg. now it's on the other. i'm very worried. if anyone has any advice or idea of what this is please let me know. i would greatly appreciate it.
