IN REPLY TO: When to chop it all off

I've been wondering the same thing! My daughter is 12 months and has hair that covers her eyes. The good thing with my situation is that she's a girl, so I can put barrettes in her hair. But even so I would like to cut it. Even at 12 months I can't see how she will sit still long enough to have someone cut it. I'm dreading the situation, but think it needs to be done sooner than later. I could use some advice, too!
