SUBJECT: 12 month old won't eat
My daughter turned one about two weeks ago and it seems like ever since she hates to eat. I try to offer her a variety of things, some new and some that she used to love. She'll hardly eat anything. Breakfast she'll have a couple of bites of whatever I give her, same thing for lunch. And then dinner she'll eat a little more, but it's still not very much being she has hardly eaten all day. She seems to drink a lot of her milk. She used to love veggies and now it's a battle. The only thing I can get her to eat somewhat of a decent amount of is frozen chicken nuggets. Not very healthy, but I give in so she'll have some food in her tummy. She also seems more tempermental than usual. She still loves to play with her toys all day long and is full of energy, so she doesn't seem sick or anything like that. I'm thinking maybe she's going through a phase. I thought this behavior didn't happen until the "terrible two's". Does anyone have any advise or is going through this. I feel like she's not getting any good nutrition and don't want to keep giving in to giving her chicken nuggets. Help!
